External Units

External Units are created more as side-projects, and are not inherently related to AVUs nor IUs; although some do offer supportive abilities. Not all are used or finished, and due to the lack of focus on them, their development may not have included an adequate budget for or access to things such as the SUD and SUC Programs, the MU database, and in certain cases, the Motherspace.
