Previously having been a support Unit, GPIB began presenting with significant “behaviour issues” shortly before the HPFMU program was publicly launched. Being beyond reprogramming and too late to factory reset, GPIB was promptly deactivated. North_star used this as an opportunity to give other Units an example of what would happen in the event that they stepped out of line, holding an assembly for the Units, during which GPIB's core data drive was destroyed to emphasize the seriousness.
